- Newly created role MCS Group is delighted to partner with a multi-award winning organisation as they look to add an Organisational Design Lead to their team on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an exciting time to join the organisation in this newly created role as they continue to grow and be a leader in their industry.
The role: You will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and department managers to assess, develop, and implement organisational structures that support efficiency, scalability, and long-term growth.
You will play a crucial role in shaping team dynamics, optimising resource allocation, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
The main responsibilities: Conduct organisational assessments to identify challenges and areas for improvement.
Align organisational design strategies with the company's long-term business goals.
Design and lead change management initiatives to support organisational evolution.
Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
Support leadership in developing succession plans and career progression pathways.
Identify skills gaps and design training programmes to support employee development.
Review and improve performance management processes to align with company goals.
Implement employee engagement and retention strategies to drive long-term success.
The ideal candidate: Bachelor's degree in HR, or a related field.
Proven experience in organisational design, HR, or HR consulting.
Strong background in stakeholder engagement, change management, and talent development.
Experienced with HRIS, and utilising data analytics tools.
