Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the Set Top Box and TV development team.
2. Keep track of project timelines, assess risks and plan mitigations.
3. All the 23 points in the below table.
Primary Skillset
1. Knowledge of CPE/STB/DTV subsystems.
2. Knowledge of Linux, Embedded systems.
3. Experience with Agile project management, Sprint planning, and Risk/Stakeholder management.
4. Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities.
5. Experience mentoring, coaching team members.
6. Excellent business communication skills – verbal & written.
Preferred Skillset
1. Working experience in RDK-V.
2. Knowledge in Yocto and familiarity with working in the open source community.
