This will be to help them through a busy year-end period. The role will be fully in the office for around two weeks, then become hybrid with working hours of 8am-4pm. The role will have a rate of £14 - £17 per hour. Duties and responsibilities:
1. Processing invoices.
2. Ensure that all invoices/credit notes procedures, policies and timetables are in line with revenue and customs regulations.
3. Prepare for biweekly payment runs.
4. Managing AP inbox and registering invoices and credit notes.
5. Working with the AP team on identifying invoices and payments in dispute. Including credit note processing and all entries with dispute codes.
6. Managing AR e-mails for Bounce backs, Manual payments, Foreign payments and Direct debits.
7. Adhoc processing of utility invoices.
8. Checking supplier statements.
