Key Responsibilities Sourcing and screening candidates to place ambulance professionals into NHS and private sector roles. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from client consultations to final placements. Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand specific requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Staying current with market trends in healthcare recruitment to ensure a competitive edge. Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to team success through knowledge sharing and collaborative efforts. Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, ideally within healthcare or a related field. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes with attention to detail.
