We have big plans and want to make a difference. Do you? What you’ll do: Be comfortable with potentially extensive travel to customers, exhibitions & events as this is a key element of the role. Be responsible for the business development and effective lifecycle management of potential customers. Use market insights and intelligence to collaborate internally and effectively develop new products in line with the business strategy and vision. Build, maintain and manage strong relationships with potential and existing customers; providing tailored solutions that meet customer needs & requirements. Identify market trends, technological advancements & regulatory changes to ensure AEM are competitive among their competitors. We’d love you to have: Experience of working in the electric motor, transmission, or a related area with a demonstrable aptitude for distilling complex technical concepts into clear and concise messages. Prior experience in working within an ISO9001 organisation with an understanding of process driven management of the commercial function Previous experience of selling into the automotive and / or commercial vehicle sectors, and implementing supply agreements or the like, in these sectors. The ability to speak a second European language, please note this is desired but not essential.
