What the Job Involves Your role includes scheduling and processing of logistic runs for servicing via the IT system, running reports, and managing the escalation process. You will handle repairs scheduling for maintainable equipment, update partners' escalation information, and ensure all activities comply with customer requirements and deadlines. Additionally, you will resolve servicing, telecare, and lifeline queries, assist in billing activities, schedule telecare installations, and support supervisory staff administratively. You are also responsible for upholding health and safety standards and may undertake other related duties as required or agreed upon as development opportunities.
