Job Summary We are looking for an IT Delivery Manager to join our warm and welcoming Central Services IT Function. Supporting the whole of Kiwa UK, the purpose of this role is to overseeing the end-to-end delivery process of IT projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting. About The Role Reporting to the UK Group IT Director, align the Technology Delivery goals and objectives with the UK IT and Group ICT strategies Build Technology Delivery capability within the UK IT Team with support from the UK Group IT Director Lead and oversee the delivery management team Develop and implement delivery strategies and processes Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Monitor and report on project progress and performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to delivery Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty Develop and implement best practices and tools for delivery management Provide leadership and guidance to delivery team members, conducting performance reviews Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards Manage resource allocation and capacity planning Develop and manage delivery budgets and financial plans Stay updated on industry trends and best practices Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the delivery team Support business development efforts by providing delivery expertise Ensure effective communication and coordination across all project teams Lead change management initiatives related to delivery processes Do you have what it takes? Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experince Relevant Project Management qualification (Prince 2, PMP, MSP, Agile) Experience in delivery management or a related role, including experience with delivery management tools and methodologies Strong leadership and team management skills, proven track record of managing delivery teams Excellent project management and organisational skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder relationship management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives Experience in developing and implementing best practices Strong financial management and budgeting skills Knowledge of industry standards and regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience with risk management and mitigation Ability to lead change management initiatives What can you expect from us in return? £50,000 - £58,000 per annum Generous Annual Leave - Starting at 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy additional leave and increased entitlement with length of service 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, remote role with frequent travel.
