Due to a drive for greater success, this advanced manufacturing business is currently searching for a PMO Coordinator to add to their talented, hardworking team in Warton on an initial 12 months contract. Striving for innovation and creativity, you can ensure no two days will be the same. This role will be offering £18.10 PAYE per hour or £23.53 UMB per hour.

The Role
1. Support the organisation and management of the E&I Capabilities Meeting Calendar.
2. Including issuing meeting invites, confirming and recording meeting attendance, and making room bookings.
3. Supporting PMO Manager / PML / Business Operations Managers as required.
4. Support PMO Manager & PML in production of data for Capabilities PM Functional Resource Reviews.
You
To succeed within the role of PMO Coordinator, you'll have experience in a similar position, and you'll ideally have the following essential skills:
1. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Integrate and Analyse data.
3. Ability to operate across a wide network of stakeholders.
4. Excellent communication skills.
