Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for student support? Join our dynamic team as a Student Accounts Controller and play a vital role in managing tuition, accommodation, and other fees while ensuring a smooth financial experience for students and sponsors.
As Student Accounts Controller you can expect to be involved in:
1. Managing the collection of tuition and other fees and liaising with students and sponsors
2. Setting up payment plans and assisting students facing financial difficulties
3. Overseeing external reporting and statutory forms related to university fees
4. Managing student finance records, including loans, discounts, and refunds
What will you bring to the role?
1. Experience of working in a financial environment
2. Knowledge of administrative databases
3. Experience of working in a customer service environment
4. Ability to work flexibly under pressure, with minimal supervision
