The Made in Italy brand, specialized in luxury with a distinctive Italian flair, is inviting suitable candidates to participate in the Solomeo Talent Academy Program, which will take place between March and April 2025. The course attendees will spend 3 weeks at the historic corporate headquarters within the charming village of Solomeo (Perugia, Italy), where they will follow an intensive course focusing on style, product knowledge and building authentic customer relationships. The course attendees will participate in workshops and seminars, collaborating closely with managers from areas related to the creation and distribution of the Ready to Wear. The participants will learn the company’s history and values and will acquire skills in the setting up of visual displays, in the organizational management of garments and in the use of digital sales tools in order to grow within a luxury environment. Each participant will learn how to interact with the customer in accordance with the company’s history and values and will acquire skills in the setting up of visual displays. The course will offer insight into the creation and production of a collection, as well as its commercial development, from the initial approach with various markets to the finalization of the offer across the different sales channels. Course attendees will also have the opportunity to explore the fashion world in more detail as the company’s Brand Merchandising specialists share their experiences. The ideal candidates are team players and proficient communicators with a strong affinity with the Brunello Cucinelli philosophy and are passionate about fashion and Made in Italy; they demonstrate a thirst for knowledge, desire for growth and display spirit of initiative. The program will be held entirely in English, so a high proficiency is mandatory, therefore a predisposition for verbal and written communication is indispensable. The knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a plus. The company will cover food, board and transportation costs for the entire duration of the course.
