Vision Products is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Employment Support Officer to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating an inclusive and developmental environment, coordinating training programs, delivering employment support services, and managing our traineeship scheme. It also involves fostering relationships with external partners, maintaining our Disability Confident Leader accreditation, and promoting the professional growth of our staff with disabilities. We are seeking someone with experience working with individuals with diverse needs, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for empowering others. This position would suit an individual with a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact in both the workplace and the wider community.
This position will be based on site at our Pontyclun offices, with the possibility of some home working.
