We are looking for a proactive and flexible administrator to join our Horizon and Liaison and Diversion teams across Oxfordshire, on a full time basis.
Horizon offers consultation, assessment, and direct intervention for young people who have experienced sexual harm, alongside support for parents.
A service for young people under the age of 18 that are at risk of or are engaging in offending behaviours which might lead to contact with the police.
We offer advice, consultation, liaison and assessment for young people to identify any unmet needs and support them to engage with appropriate services, with the aim of diverting them away from the criminal justice system.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, forward-thinking, has plenty of enthusiasm and motivation, and works well in a small team, to support our service and clinical teams. Main duties of the job
Your role is vital in supporting the Horizon Team and also the Liaison and Diversion Team; we'll need you to provide an excellent service for our service users. This will involve taking phone calls and replying to emails from service users and professionals within and outside of the Trust. You will also be responsible for general administration duties for clinical staff, minute taking and data recording and collection.
We'll also need you to support our wider Specialist CAMHS administrators with cover as needed; working collaboratively is important.
We are embedded within Specialist Services, so you will have unique opportunities to learn more within Forensic CAMHS, as well as the wider CAMHS Teams. Across all these services and teams, you will be exposed to a range of professionals, such as Clinical Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Mental Health Nurses who will be willing to support and help you where needed

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The service is Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm daily.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Arranging appointments for service users
* Being the first point of contact for professionals and service users
* Organising clinician diaries
* Minute taking for meetings
* Formatting and sending reports
* Booking venues for meetings/groups
* Ordering Stationary and other equipment on EPROC

Essential criteria
* Higher Education qualification (i.e. 'A' Level/NVQ III standard) or equivalent/previous experience in an Administration Assistant role.

* Experience of working in the NHS
