This Registered Manager position has been created as part of the continued expansion of a well-established accommodation practice, which began in Sunderland and now also operates in Manchester. Specialising in services for 7-18-year-olds transitioning from care to independent living, this organization offers high-quality care and support to young people, fostering personal growth and independence in a nurturing environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that care is delivered in line with Ofsted regulations while leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional care. In addition, you will oversee senior management, participate in meetings and reviews, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.
