Job Description
* Manage the front desk and handle all incoming calls.
* Coordinate appointments and maintain the company calendar.
* Provide administrative support to various departments.
* Assist in the preparation of regular reports.
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
* Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
* Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
* Support the team with event planning and coordination.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
* A strong educational background, ideally in Business Administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* The ability to multitask and prioritize work.
* A professional and courteous demeanour.
* The ability to work well in a team environment.
