A fantastic opportunity awaits at a lovely primary school in Barnet, London! We’re searching for an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA) to join a vibrant, child-focused team. In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher to support a bustling EYFS class, engaging with all children and providing additional assistance to those with special educational needs. This position requires someone who loves connecting with children, getting down to their level, and making learning fun and accessible for every child.

Application Requirements: The ideal candidate will:
• Have knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Be proactive, creative, and ready to immerse themselves in children’s play and learning.
• Use their initiative to foster a nurturing and inclusive environment.
• Have a qualification in childcare or teaching assistance (preferred but not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting the teacher with daily classroom management.
• Supporting children’s learning through play and structured activities.
• Providing tailored support to students with additional needs.
• Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
• Ensuring a safe, stimulating, and happy environment for all.
