As the QA Officer, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the Deviation systems and investigations.
* Assisting with the implementation & review of CAPAs.
* Supporting customer complaint investigations.
* Supporting product quality reports & batch review activities of licensed medicines & medical devices.
* Ensuring all activities, changes to equipment, and working practices are made in line with regulations and guidelines for products including licensed medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, food, and biocides.
* Ensuring all improvement opportunities are in line with ISO and that all manufacturing operations are defined and documented to ensure optimum performance.
Requirements:
* A degree or similar qualification or experience in a relevant subject.
* Recent proven experience in a similar QA position & systems.
* Recent proven experience in the use of SAP, MasterControl, QPulse or other eQMS/eDMS systems.
* Recent proven experience with a keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify & resolve issues as required.
* Recent proven experience as an effective communicator, able to engage with people at all levels.
* Available to work rotation / night shifts.
