We are currently looking to recruit highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects. You will support the delivery team in delivering an efficient, effective, and agile service provision to our key clients.
Your duties:
Generating RAMS
Ensuring the subcontractors are working safely
Managing the Site Manager
Being the site manager to cover leave programme
Managing procurement and plant
Quality checks
ITP's are done right
Monitoring the subcontractors and in house labour
Programming
Commercial, managing the variations, raise early warning notices with the QS
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

Skills, Experience and Knowledge Requirements
Proven work experience in the National Grid or a DNO/IDNO or on a Connection to the National Grid / DNO / IDNO
66kV, 132kv, 275kV, 400kV or HVDC 500kV cabling experience in the UK
Temporary Works Coordinator or Temporary Works Supervisor training
Commercial awareness, with NEC or FIDIC knowledge
SMSTS ideally, otherwise an SSSTS
IOSH or NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate or similar
Prince 2 project management principles qualification or similar
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office suite.
Full UK Driving License
Would suit a Senior Project Engineer, Operations Manager. or a Senior Site Manager or Construction Manager
This is a hybrid role, with the office being in Manchester and you will work from their 3 days per week and for monthly meetings.
