My Wolverhampton Distribution client are looking for a PA / Finance Assistant to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
Duties:
1. Directors diary management including scheduling meetings, calendar invites, board room meetings
2. Attending meetings - minute taking and distributing action points
3. Develop and manage company holiday procedures
4. Booking travel and accommodation
5. Personal tasks on behalf of Directors
6. Organising events
7. Administration - letters, reports
8. Arranging interview appointments and drafting employment letters
9. Assist Finance departments with a variety of tasks
10. First point of contact for staff concerns
Key Skills:
1. Must have worked as a PA / Executive Assistant previously
2. If you have any Finance experience this would be advantageous not essential
3. Excellent time management and organisational skills
4. Good problem solving and decision making skills
5. Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
