Position: Administrator Client Services Location : Redhill, Surrey Work Model : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am 5pm Salary: £22,500 - £25,000 A long-established international energy management consultancy working with large, multi-site clients, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join their invoice validation service team. You will be an integral part of their operations, working within a small, specialist team to deliver exceptional service to our major clients. The role involves reviewing and resolving queries related to supplier invoices, troubleshooting inconsistencies, and collaborating with energy suppliers and clients to rectify billing issues. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve inconsistencies on utility invoices by liaising with suppliers and clients Ensure timely processing of invoices and credit notes in line with KPIs Validate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy in data entry and troubleshooting any errors Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth operational workflows Key Skills and Experience: Strong customer service ethos with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, especially under deadlines Team-oriented with an eye for detail and a strong initiative Prior experience in the energy industry or familiarity with utility invoices is advantageous, but not essential On-the-job training will be provided This role is vital to the smooth running of our client services and offers great potential for future opportunities within the company.
