This is a hands-on leadership role where youll play a key part in the delivery of compassionate, effective care, while also supporting and guiding a team of Support/Care Workers. Youll work 4 x 12-hour shifts per week (flexible scheduling, not fixed to a 4-on/4-off pattern), including weekend coverage and participation in the on-call rota.
