The Role of the Key Account Manager:
Selling a 'best in class' portfolio of bowel management solutions into acute care settings via home delivery service, DAC - on prescription. Target customers include bowel nurses, pelvic floor physios, tertiary clinic referrals, spinal units, and other influential KOLs involved in this area. You will have the support of a nursing team to help patients and train them on how to use the system. This is a home and field-based role, covering East Midlands and Anglia.

The Ideal Person for the Key Account Manager:
1. Relevant clinical (Bowel Management/Stoma/Continence) background with commercial/sales experience.
2. Understanding of DACs and Community Prescription reimbursement through Drug Tariff.
3. Experience with bowel management or similar medical devices.
4. Ability to engage with decision makers and build relationships.
5. Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision makers.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Dynamic and driven with a desire to work in a target-driven environment.
8. Confident, articulate, and a strong relationship builder.
9. Highly self-motivated, tenacious, and able to deliver sales results in a competitive environment.
10. Well organized and able to plan weekly and monthly diary.
11. Ability to operate independently, and also work within a team.
12. Strong mindset and ability to articulate yourself and bring others around to your way of thinking.
