Responsibilities Providing exceptional Business Administration support to our clients and colleagues in a professional and innovative environment. Providing exceptional administration support including letters, reports, databases and online systems, with high level attention to detail. Completing tasks in a timely manner, within agreed SLAs and dealing with urgent matters as they arise. Keeping online databases up to date. Professional and efficient interaction with clients either on the phone, in person, or via email. Answering phones and dealing with queries in line with our firm’s standards. Using online PDF editors to prepare documents for use on our online e-signing software. Providing PA support including arranging internal and external meetings, travel arrangements and time management assistance. Producing and maintaining firmwide templates in line with the firm’s branding and style guidelines. Provide ongoing support to the partners and teams on departmental projects and reports. Ad hoc assistance to team members as required; no two days are ever the same. Providing front of house assistance and attendance at offices as required. Continually seeking opportunities to improve processes, linking with wider service line efficiency projects. Sharing best practices and tips to help others work more efficiently, making the best use of technology and resources available. Providing contingency cover across the Northwest region when necessary. Complying with and championing our firm’s Values. What We’re Looking For Excellent administration, organisational, and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage time efficiently. Strong communication skills in all mediums, with proven ability to listen to the needs of the business. Good understanding of MS Office (specifically, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Strong numeracy and literacy skills. Ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients, Partners, colleagues, and staff. Professional telephone and personal manner. Ability to demonstrate initiative. Good standard of general education in Maths and English. Meticulous attention to detail.
