About the Role
Your Role & Responsibilities
* Creating, updating, and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
* Managing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure candidate data is accurate and up to date.
* Scheduling interviews and coordinating diaries for hiring managers.
* Conducting initial telephone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
* Supporting hiring teams with all aspects of candidate engagement and communication.
* Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as necessary.
* Supporting onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a recruiting or HR support role is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills– the ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency.
* Excellent attention to detail– accuracy in documentation and processes is key.
* Outstanding communication skills– both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite– experience with anATS is a plus!
* A proactive mindset– a self-starter with a “can-do” attitude.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
