About the job An exciting position has arisen within the recruitment team for a Recruitment Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the recruitment department, ensuring the provision of a comprehensive, cost effective and timely recruitment service is delivered to the business. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your proven administrative experience, and be an integral member of the team. Your main responsibilities will be: Responsible for all aspects of the administrative elements of the recruitment process. Compile new entrant list and new entrant paperwork. Liaise with new entrants regarding key aspects of their onboarding. Processing all paperwork and tasks associated with probations including obtaining references and DBS checks. Involvement in monitoring and responding to emails sent to the Recruitment inbox. Promptly answering calls to Recruitment and dealing with the requests. Updating internal systems with relevant information. Rigorously maintain the filing system to ensure that all paperwork is actively stored and is easily retrievable. Assist with the preparation of rooms and resources for assessment centres and with the smooth running of the day. Carry out photocopying as requested. Assist with any special projects and support the recruitment team as necessary. About the location Overline House is conveniently situated overlooking Southampton Central Station and is easily accessible by public transport. The station is very local to West Quay, a hub for retailers and restaurants, and provides an excellent link between London, Coastal areas and the Isle of Wight. Working pattern An average of 37 hours per week over 5 days Office hours 09:00-17:00, Monday - Friday.
