We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of dental procedures, patient management, and the latest advancements in dental technology.
Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, fillings, extractions, and preventative care.
* Interpret medical imaging to diagnose oral health issues accurately.
* Maintain thorough patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment options available.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure smooth operation of the practice.
* Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques into practice as appropriate.
Experience
* A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is essential.
* Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified dentists.
* Strong knowledge of human anatomy as it pertains to dental health is required.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort are essential.
* Ability to work effectively within a team while also demonstrating initiative when required.
Compensation
UDA rate £13+ depending on experience.
Pay: £86,806.00-£95,716.00 per year.
