We are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator based in Tameside. The role runs to end of January 2026 – based on working Monday to Friday – 8am – 4pm. The role is Paying £12,64 per hour. Job Specification: Experience in data inputting and of helpdesk working. Excellent communication skills. Processing requests from customers. Logging calls, assigning calls to labourers and contractors. Chasing completion of jobs. Responsible for planning both PPM and reactive work. Input and prioritisation of service requests from Users via verbal and electronic methods. Dispatching of reactive work orders. Closing down of reactive work orders. Preparation and issue of planned maintenance work orders. Assist in the maintenance of helpdesk records and filing systems. Assign work, monitor and flow up sub contractor works. Input and retrieve data efficiently and accurately on a daily basis using the computerised systems within the helpdesk, producing information and reports as and when required. Provide admin support in keeping records (sickness/holiday absence, works, inspections, audits etc).
