We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Corporate Sales Manager to join our Established Fleet Sales team. Main Responsibilities of the role: Development of an extensive pipeline of opportunities within, but not limited to the following industry sectors; UK Fleets Insurance Leasing Finance System Integrators Utilities Haulage and Distribution OEM’s Blue Light Government Plant and Construction Agriculture Ensure Trakm8 are invited to participate in major tenders and their subsequent completion in a timely manner with the Bid Manager. Promote Trakm8 through attendance to; Conferences Networking events Corporate functions Develop an extensive knowledge of the Telematics market, emerging technologies, and communicate the findings to the relevant departments. Secure a number of “NEW” telematics/optimisation contracts whose total aggregated value is at least your personal target for the financial year Accurate and timely Forecasting Reporting Completion of visit report Completion of strategic customer development plans Develop strong interdepartmental relationships. Sit at least 20 business appointments per month through self-generation and telemarketing opportunities. Requirements: Build a steady pipeline by identifying and selling prospects. Maintain relationships with clients. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects, evaluate their position in the industry, research and analyse sales options. Sell Trakm8 products and services by establishing contact, developing a professional relationship with prospects; recommending solutions. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities. Ensure that you have a thorough understanding of all Trakm8 products and services. Keep yourself up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information. Ensure that all customer information is logged onto Salesforce and other Trakm8 systems in a timely manner. Maintain a high quality service by establishing and upholding Trakm8 values, policies and customer service standards. Maintain a professional and technical knowledge by attending departmental meetings, updates and participating in both product and sales training. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing required targets and results. Previous experience in the Automotive, Insurance, Fleet Management, Logistics or Sales sector. Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience. Ability to build solid client relationships. Strong negotiating skills with the emphasis on excellence. Demonstrable ability to sell complex solutions. Strong hunter / farmer skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to plan sales activities with creativity and accuracy. Ability to engage with internal departments and drive project delivery. Be a confident self-starter capable of generating opportunities. Ability to consistently meet Sales targets.
