As VP Sales, you will own the revenue function, directly driving enterprise-level sales, and positioning Squared.io as a market leader. You’ll be hands-on in the early stages—personally generating and closing leads—while also establishing Squared.io as a thought leader through LinkedIn, industry events, and media opportunities.
As we scale, you will recruit, lead, and develop the sales, marketing, and customer success teams, shaping the go-to-market strategy and collaborating with product and leadership teams to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and drive sales – personally generate and close enterprise-level deals with major brands and agencies.
* Manage a high-value pipeline, creating urgency and driving conversions.
* Act as the face of Squared.io, increasing visibility through thought leadership, industry events, and press engagements.
* Collaborate with leadership to align sales efforts with product development and market trends.
* Recruit and lead the sales, marketing, and customer success teams as the business scales.
* Shape the commercial strategy, optimising pricing models and sales approaches for long-term sustainable growth.
Who we’re looking for
* A senior sales leader with strong industry connections across global brands, network agencies, and independent digital agencies.
* Proven experience in enterprise sales, ideally within SaaS and the digital advertising/paid search space.
* Commercially driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
* Experience balancing short-term revenue targets with long-term market positioning and customer relationships.
* Strong strategic thinking skills—able to identify market opportunities, craft compelling pitches, and develop scalable revenue models.
* Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders (agency leads, CMOs, heads of marketing technology).
* Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers at the highest level.

What We Offer
* Base Salary: £200,000 (flexible within £100,000-£250,000 based on experience).
