Due to continued growth and increased customer demand, we have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Club Fitting Specialist to join our elite team at our industry leading Fit-Build-Play Centre in Warrington (just minutes from J20 on the M6 and J9 on the M56).
A full PGA qualification is desirable but not essential. We understand that some of the best club fitters have years of experience and vast knowledge of club fitting without having PGA status.
Job Responsibilities
* Providing our customers with an in-depth & industry-leading custom fitting experience
* Continually developing your knowledge to better the experience for our customers
* Delivering the company's core value of always doing what's best for the customer and their game, whilst maximising your individual performance and sales opportunities
* Working in alliance with all sectors of the business & assisting all Scottsdale customers
* Taking ownership of personal development and attending monthly meetings with the Line Manager
* Following company policies and procedure
* Assisting in the training and development of new team members (when you are a fully-fledged team member)
* Taking part in occasional promotional video showcasing our facility
* Using your initiative and proactivity to get tasks done, processes improved, and problems solved
Skills Required
* Experience of golf fitting is highly desirable
* PGA membership is highly desirable
* A team player with excellent communication skills
* Calm and clear-minded under pressure
* High level of golf fitting knowledge
* Great attention to detail
* Highly organised and able to prioritise
* Able to support the agile nature of the Scottsdale team with additional responsibilities as and when required
* Able to work collaboratively with all colleagues
* Promotes quality whilst engaging in individual objectives and being aware of the wider company vision
* Contributes to improving existing processes and policies and driving excellence.
