Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate group and one-to-one yoga therapy sessions tailored to the needs of individuals in recovery.
* Support clients in developing body awareness, emotional regulation, and stress management through yoga.
* Create a calming, inclusive, and therapeutic space that encourages healing and connection.
* Collaborate with therapists and support teams to deliver a well-rounded, holistic recovery programme.
* Adapt sessions to accommodate a range of physical abilities and emotional states.
* Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and uphold Sanctuary Lodge's policies and values.
Essential Criteria:
* Recognised yoga teacher qualification with experience in therapeutic or trauma-informed yoga practices.
* Previous experience supporting individuals with mental health, addiction, or trauma is highly desirable.
* Empathetic, grounded, and professional approach to client care.
* Ability to work flexibly on a zero-hours basis in response to service needs.
* A genuine passion for holistic wellness and empowering others through the practice of yoga.
