Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Daily Scrums, Refinements, Retrospectives) Optimise backlog and squad throughput Resolve risks, issues, and interdependencies Manage internal and external relationships for delivery teams Foster a collaborative, conflict-free environment Align releases with product managers, stakeholders, and project timelines What will you get from the role?
