Summary As the first point of contact for visitors arriving at Wallington, you'll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, process transactions, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit. Salary: 11.50 per hour - We’re currently undertaking our pay review process and it is likely that this salary will be increased from 1st April 2025. Contract duration: fixed term role until 02 November 2025 Hours/working pattern: This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible. As a guide we estimate around 270 hours as a minimum for this contract. For this role, you will cover holidays and support at busy periods, therefore, you will work regular weekends, bank holidays and school holidays. What you'll be doing Day to day you'll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. We operate an in-car driveway arrival point. You'll be involved in processing transactions in all weathers and sometimes with large numbers of cars arriving at the property. You'll need good stamina and the ability to adapt quickly to changing visitor flow. You'll be on hand answering queries and listening to what our visitors need so you can share the right information.
