£21 per hour + Paid Breaks
Rotation of Day and Night Shifts, 36 or 48 hours per week

Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join their luxury nursing home, which provides high-quality nursing and dementia care. The ideal candidate will be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a strong understanding of nursing practices and procedures. This role involves delivering exceptional care to residents while ensuring effective communication with their families and the wider care team.
Qualifications & Skills
Registered Nursing Qualification: Must hold a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of nursing practices and procedures, including medication administration, wound care, and infection control.
Communication & Teamwork: Ability to empathise and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
Organisation & Time Management: Strong ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced care environment.
Compassion & Patience: A caring and understanding approach with a genuine commitment to improving the well-being of older adults.
Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Nursing Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and other clinical procedures.
Care Planning: Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalised care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
Resident & Family Support: Communicate effectively with residents and their families, offering emotional support, guidance, and reassurance.
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with care home policies and regulatory standards.
Compliance & Safety: Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to uphold the highest standards of care, safety, and dignity for residents.
