Fixed Asset Project Support - 6 Month FTC

Location: W4 3NN, London
We have an exciting opportunity for a Fixed Asset Project Support role to join our Finance team at Fuller's on a 6 month fixed-term contract at our Kew Bridge, London office. This role will help improve and automate the way we manage our fixed asset records, working closely with our finance and IT teams.
What Youll Be Doing:
Managing Fixed Assets and Data Processing
* Keep track of our fixed asset records while we transition to a more automated system.
* Review ongoing projects to decide which assets should be recorded or written off.
* Enter asset details into our finance system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and ensure all information is accurate.
* Work with surveyors and project managers to process asset data correctly.
* Update and maintain asset details, such as lifespan and category.
* Prepare reports for the property team and manage large amounts of financial data.
* Assist with financial questionnaires and respond to asset-related queries.
Helping Improve and Automate Asset Management
* Document current processes to help improve automation.
* Work with the IT team and finance specialists to make the system more efficient.
* Help design a smoother, more automated process for tracking assets.
* Test and review new system improvements to ensure accuracy.
* Provide feedback and suggest refinements for better automation.
* Train finance and property teams on the new processes to ensure smooth adoption.
What Were Looking For:
* Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
* Good attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to document and improve business processes.
* A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for making systems more efficient.
* Comfortable working both in a team and independently.
* Experience with Microsoft 365 Business Central is a plus but not essential.
