Forge strong partnerships with Customer and Product teams and the wider business to understand their data needs. Create and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key business metrics with the right tools for the job. Analyse data to spot trends, anomalies, and drive actionable insights for improvement. Design data models, analysis, and visualizations tailored to the data, process, and audience for clear, actionable reporting. Analyse diverse data sets (research, behavioural, panel, economic) to uncover insights about customers, competitors, and markets, translating them into clear narratives. Leverage expertise to deliver precise, actionable insights that shape and support brand and customer strategy. Collaborate with analysts, insight roles, and the Customer Intelligence Business Partner to define the best approaches and methods for analysis. Contribute to the development of new tools and capabilities within the Customer Intelligence team. Build strong relationships with key AQA teams (e.g., CRM, Data Science) to ensure alignment across Customer and Product systems. Present complex data in a straightforward way, providing stakeholders with clear, actionable insights. Offer data-driven recommendations to influence strategic planning and decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and policies. What will I need to Succeed? Experience of delivering research projects independently, preferably in an education-related or assessment-related context. Experienced user of Power BI and Microsoft Excel Experience of using appropriate quantitative and qualitative methodologies for analysis and insight, including statistical data analyses, data visualisations, surveys, interviews and focus groups. Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Ability to use own knowledge and expertise to advise and influence stakeholders, assess risks and recommend actions. Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders. A self-starter with an inquisitive and proactive approach. A continuous improvement mindset. Strong communication and data visualisation skills are essential. How do I apply?
