Our client is seeking a dynamic, remote working, Regional Sales Manager to join their team.
The ideal individual will have a passion for Mechanical/Electro Mech Engineering technology and excellent sales communication skills.
This role offers a career move to work with our client’s diverse portfolio of robotic, factory automation, and motion control components whilst engaging with OEMs, Distributors, and End Users throughout the region.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
2. Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to develop effective strategies for product promotion.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
4. Provide technical support during the sales process.
5. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using new CRM software.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
1. Preferable background in Electro/Mechanical Engineering product sales.
2. Qualified in an engineering discipline.
3. Wanting a career, not just a job.
4. Ability to effectively cover large geographical territory; willingness to spend nights away.
5. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Ability to effectively present technical information to diverse audiences.
7. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
