Pub Overview
What would you do with this pub to make it even more of a success?
The area
The Basil's pub is in the village of Newhaven, close to the harbour. The pub is surrounded by residential housing.
Demographics
The pub benefits from being one of 7 pubs found in an area of around 5,838 adults. There has been a lot of new residential development in the last 5 years which has encouraged more young professionals to move Newhaven.
The offer
Available on our business start-up agreement. The potential of this pub lies in attracting both people who live in the area and visitors to this attractive part of the city by the Forth. What food & drinks would you look to implement in the pub? The pub has attractive premium drinks offer and a good reputation for quality food. These are available in modern comfortable surroundings both internally and externally.
The site currently could drive trade via activities such as weekly quiz night, music entertainers and themed food promotions/events. The introduction of trams from the city centre will increase footfall and the opportunity develop the business.
We're always open to new ideas, what would you do to drive trade?
If you've benefited from running or owning a pub business, we'd love to hear what experience you can bring.
The right operator for the pub will have experience of running a quality food operation within a pub environment. Local knowledge of the area would be an advantage and willingness to drive evening drinks sales. They will have a clear vision of the direction which the pub should take given the new developments in the local area.
If this sounds like the incredible pub opportunity you've been waiting for, apply today and tell us what you can bring to this pub's next chapter...
