About the Job
We are working with an esteemed and exciting consultancy business that provides valuable advice, strategic planning and support to farmers, landowners and tenants across a broad geographical span from Cambridgeshire to the Scottish borders.
Utilising the existing long-term client base, you'll be able to delve into an exciting range of consultancy work from the get-go. Nevertheless, the role will suit someone with strong business development acumen who enjoys being out in front of farmers and landowners and bringing new clients into the fold.
In addition to the consultancy and business development aspects of the role, as the lead consultant you will be joining the businesses' senior leadership, managing and aiding in the development of the existing team, whilst also being involved in devising strategy and tactics for the company to ensure their continued reputation and growth in perpetuity.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide consultancy and strategic planning support to clients.
2. Develop new client relationships and business opportunities.
3. Lead and manage the consultancy team.
4. Contribute to company strategy and growth initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Farm Business Consultant.
2. Strong business development skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
4. Leadership experience in a consultancy environment.
