The Role

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be supervising and expanding the commercial and residential property portfolio, with a focus on maintaining exceptional service standards and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic plans for property management.
2. Lead and mentor a team, fostering innovation and excellence.
3. Manage and maintain commercial property portfolio compliance.
4. Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
5. Monitor financial performance and manage budget targets.
6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
7. Enhance operational efficiency through effective systems.
8. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
9. Act as key client liaison, delivering exceptional service.
Requirements:
10. Previously worked as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
11. Experience in managing commercial properties and service charges.
12. RICS qualified.
13. Strong communication and organisational skills.
