The Successful Building Surveyor Role
The successful Building Surveyor will handle a broad range of services, with a strong focus on contract administration and specification writing.
Working mainly on commercial property projects, including clients such as the Royal Mail, you will join a collaborative team environment where your growth and development are actively supported.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver contract administration and specification writing services for a range of commercial projects
2. Work closely with a diverse client base, including high-profile names within the commercial sector
3. Collaborate with an experienced team while demonstrating self-sufficiency in managing project tasks
4. Take on increasing leadership responsibilities with a clear path to partnership
The Ideal Building Surveyor
1. MRICS qualified (preferred but not essential)
2. RICS-accredited degree
3. Solid experience within a construction consultancy environment
4. Strong proficiency in contract administration and specification writing
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

1. Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
