Role Description
The role supports our growth in the B2B space by providing accurate and timely flexible energy product offers and contract documentation to our sales team, fostering sustainable customer growth.
Reporting to the I&C Deal Structuring Manager, the ideal candidate is self-motivated, responsible, and able to perform under pressure. Responsibilities include credit assessments, ensuring deals are economically viable and profitable, and collaborating across teams to enhance our pricing capabilities.
You will communicate effectively across departments to support sales and improve our pricing processes, including tender generation, contracting, and customer-specific pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all pricing activities from credit assessments to contract generation.
* Analyze customer energy consumption, costs, and risks for optimal commercial outcomes.
* Monitor contractual performance and advise operational teams on related activities.
* Establish operational excellence through documented, risk-mitigating processes.
* Develop and automate systems to optimize returns.
* Manage the flex customer portfolio to ensure profitability over their lifetime.
Candidate Requirements
We seek individuals with experience in retail energy pricing or a good understanding of energy wholesale markets and third-party charging mechanisms.
Ideal skills include:
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Highly numerate with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholder relationships.
* Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
