Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
* Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits.
Customer Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address those needs.
* Manage client accounts, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Reporting and Documentation:
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in [hospitality sector].
* Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and present compelling solutions.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with sales analytics tools is advantageous.
