We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and oversee my clients nationwide fundraising operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in field sales, a proven track record in managing large sales teams, and the ability to drive revenue growth. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and strong relationship-building skills to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Drive sales performance through effective pipeline management and forecasting. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30 field sales representatives across multiple regions. Provide coaching, training, and development programs to enhance sales team capabilities. Foster a high-performance sales culture, ensuring motivation and accountability. Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and strategy sessions. Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience. Negotiate high-value contracts and pricing agreements with major accounts. Operational & Reporting Responsibilities: Monitor sales operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management. Manage sales budgets, resources, and incentive programs effectively. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing large field sales teams. Industry Knowledge: Experience in face-to-face fundraising or the charity sector preferred. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, lead, and manage a diverse sales team. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Proficient in data-driven decision-making and market analysis. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
