Beauty Assistant We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Beauty Assistant to join our dynamic Creative Content team and play a pivotal role in shaping beauty at Harrods and H beauty. About the Role As a Beauty Assistant, you will support the beauty team within the Creative Content department, working closely with the Deputy Beauty Editor. This role is integral to the day-to-day production of content and special projects. You'll get hands-on experience coordinating shoots, managing beauty-related administration, and contributing to editorial projects. Key responsibilities include: • Organising beauty social media shoots, managing product call-ins, shot lists, and shoot calendars. • Supporting editorial and creative teams with ideation, image delivery, and shoot organisation, including fashion and lifestyle content. • Managing the beauty cupboard, liaising with brands, providing credits for content, and ensuring smooth communication between departments such as marketing, buying, and partnerships. • Writing copy and captions, ideating and executing .com stories, reporting on editorial performance, and contributing to Harrods magazine on occasion. • Conducting research, maintaining relationships with brands and PRs, and staying up-to-date on beauty and wellness trends. About You You are a self-starter with a passion for beauty and wellness, ready to bring your enthusiasm and organisational skills to a dynamic, fast-paced team. You thrive in a fast paced environment, are confident managing multiple projects at once, and have a strong interest in luxury beauty and lifestyle brands. With excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset, you’re eager to take on challenges and grow within the beauty industry. You will also have: • A strong interest in beauty. • Some editorial experience, such as writing for a university magazine, maintaining a portfolio, or assisting on shoots [ideal] • Strong organisational abilities, including diary management and coordinating logistics effectively.
