The overall purpose of the position is to provide administrative support to the site management team and customers.As the Receptionist/Administrator your responsibilities will be:
* Gate access, greeting and controlling Visitors/Contractors
* Dealing with telephone calls
* Organising site inductions and processing access cards
* Dealing with incoming deliveries
* Franking of any outgoing post and arranging parcel collection via courier
* Processing expenses for Plant Manager
* Group & Safety Meeting minute taking.
* Bookings hotels, training, and rental car hire
* Ordering stationery, PPE, and chemicals
* Booking on site conference room
* Updating training plans and personnel training record files
* Updating Purchase Order sheet
* System use of SRM and SAP
* Raising Purchase orders
* Invoice Goods Receipting
* Input of Operations team hours
* Monthly Reports - Trailer filling records
