Total Security is a multi award-winning Antivirus and Security company, based in Fareham, Hampshire. We are currently looking for a Customer Resolution Administrator to join are team, based in Segensworth PO15 5TT. We proudly won South Coast Tech Employer of The Year 2024!
The Customer Resolution Administrator is a key contributor within the Customer Support department. This role is initially offered on a fixed term contract of 9-12 months, starting in March/April 2025.
Key responsibilities:
●Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
●Data entry, processing account requests and database maintenance
●Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with compliance changes
●When necessary conduct quality audits on account information and immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organisation and/or its customers to your Line Manager
●Assist with administration of Financial claims and Compliance auditing.
●Assisting in processing GDPR customer requests
●When necessary, help our development team with testing to quality control updates to our customer-facing website and internal system tools.
●Any other tasks that are passed across from the Head Support or the Support Manager.
