2. Drive the people agenda in line with the business and HR strategy, including talent management and organisational development.
3. Collaborate with central teams to design and implement key initiatives relating to areas such as talent, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing.
4. In partnership with managers, take ownership of implementing the people plan.
5. Coach managers and individuals.
6. Maintain positive relationships with the central HR functions.
7. Support the HR service team in managing employee relations issues when required.
8. Take an active role in future talent processes such as graduate recruitment.

11. Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure key deliverables are met, monitored, and reported.
12. Meet regularly with the HR Director to ensure consistency and alignment of all HR processes and strategies (globally and locally).
13. Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.
