Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Assistant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Duties:
1. Must have experience in making mocktails.
2. Assist in managing staff, including training, scheduling, and supervision.
3. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
4. Contribute to menu planning and food production processes.
5. Support kitchen and bartending operations as needed.
6. Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
7. Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
8. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Experience:
1. Previous experience in hospitality, culinary, or related field preferred.
2. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
3. Experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in kitchen operations and bartending techniques.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
6. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
