Job Description Managing patient appointments and walk-ins. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality. Handling incoming calls and responding to patient queries. Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scanning, photocopying, and filing. Processing patient payments and insurance claims. Coordinating with medical staff to ensure smooth operation of the practice. Managing patient feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Upholding the practice's high standards of patient care and service. The Successful Applicant A successful Medical Receptionist should have: Experience working as a Receptionist Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. A compassionate and caring approach to patient care.
