The ideal candidate: Must be able to communicate with a variety of customers May have previous retail experience in a similar setting Will thrive in working in a potentially busy environment Should be willing to undertake a variety of tasks Will consistently aim to improve the Company retail standards Will be well presented, outgoing and friendly Will have personal values that align with our company values and behaviours Will take responsibility for their own H&S and site fire safety at all times May have some experience working with pets or garden care – full training will be provided The Responsibilities Working with the team to provide excellent customer service and sales advice Be the first line of support for customer enquiries on the shop floor, by phone and occasionally by email Ensure stock levels are maintained and displays appear full. This will include unpacking new stock, cleaning and merchandising.
